Key Responsibilities
Advance L3 / L4 level Troubleshooting skills
Experience to handle Incidents, Severity & RCA
Principal Vendor coordination/follow up and lead the incident as Senior Resource.
Support Project & Operation Team for network & security support , issues etc.
Represent as GBM Support Team and support DIB Infra
Perform Quarterly Health Check & Present GBM/DIB Monthly meeting
Read to work on weekend for Upgrade activities & prepare upgrade proposals
License/Certification:
CCIE Certification (Required)
Salary : Upto AED 28000
